<p>During a recent consultation with one of my esteemed clients, a prevalent issue surfaced regarding a particular team member&#8217;s performance. The initial inclination was towards boosting motivation levels. However, upon introducing a structured framework for evaluation, a pivotal realization dawned &#8211; perhaps motivation wasn&#8217;t the sole answer.</p>
